Hector Malano wins Biennial Medal for Modelling and Simulation

Congratulations to Professor Hector Malano, Head of the Department of Infrastructure Engineering, who has won a Biennial Medal from the Modelling and Simulation Society of Australia and New Zealand (MSSANZ).

Professor Malano’s medal recognises his outstanding contribution to modelling and simulation over a sustained period and his service to the Society. As a recipient of the Biennial Medal for Modelling and Simulation, Professor Malano automatically becomes a Fellow of the Society. He will be presented with the medal at the Modelling and Simulation (MODSIM) Conference in Perth, this week.
